1、缺油：壓縮機(jī)內(nèi)油膜薄或沒有油膜，潤滑作用消失，機(jī)械部件之間發(fā)生干摩擦，磨損嚴(yán)重，磨下的碎屑就成為研磨砂，造成更加嚴(yán)重的磨損，如此惡性循環(huán)導(dǎo)致終的抱軸。
2、制冷系統(tǒng)臟：臟物本身造成壓縮機(jī)部件之間的磨損，一個(gè)顆粒就相當(dāng)于一把尖刀，使劃下的顆粒越來越多，導(dǎo)致抱軸。
3、油過濾器堵塞：造成回油問題，致使?jié)櫥�不好，加快磨損，致使抱軸
4、軸承磨損：軸承的磨損，對螺桿的支撐偏離原來的中心，軸線偏斜，使螺桿與軸承座之間的間隙單側(cè)變小，破壞了油膜的潤滑作用;另外軸承的磨損使螺桿在軸向和徑向的定位效果變差，螺桿發(fā)生竄動(dòng)，對壓縮機(jī)的壓縮腔及高壓端面造成磨損，也會(huì)導(dǎo)致抱軸或掃堂
5、機(jī)油老化：機(jī)油起不到潤滑及帶走熱量的作用，而溫度對油的性能的影響作用又很大這就使油的性能退化，導(dǎo)致摩擦加劇，終導(dǎo)致抱軸
6、系統(tǒng)缺氟：缺氟以后，熱量存積在壓縮機(jī)中，溫度升高，使油的粘度降低，起不到很好的潤滑作用，導(dǎo)致磨損。
7、冷凝溫度過高：影響潤滑油粘度，導(dǎo)致磨損。
8、熱負(fù)載過大：影響潤滑油粘度，導(dǎo)致磨損。
在這些問題中，其中由于缺油造成的比較常見，造成缺油的主要原因有：
1、      油溫過高，油分離不良
2、      奔油致使缺油
3、      油位調(diào)節(jié)閥轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)不靈活，使油量不正常
4、      過濾器太臟，不能正常回油
我公司對貴公司送來壓縮機(jī)維修部分為：螺桿修復(fù)、壓縮機(jī)缸體修復(fù)，滑閥修復(fù)，電機(jī)繞組重纏，更換軸承等其他部件。

5, oil aging: oil no lubrication and heat effect, and the effect of temperature on the performance properties of oil and a lot which makes the oil degradation, leading to increased friction, resulting in axle

6, the system lacks fluorine: lack of fluoride, the heat stored in the compressor, temperature, oil viscosity is reduced, no lubrication good, leading to wear.

7, condensing temperature is too high: the influence of the viscosity of lubricating oil, leading to wear.

8, the heat load is too large: the influence of the viscosity of lubricating oil, leading to wear.
